I am not a hacker or anything of that matter, but I do know a thing or to about computer programming and reverse engineering. With my limited knowledge of reverse engineering and computer programming, I have been able to piece together a sort of hacking program. What my program does is it creates a fake neopets staff member. Staff members and administrators of neopets are the only ones with the authority to physically enter the server and change it so that your account is frozen.
